Losing signal frequently
Hi, I am writing because I have a landline with you guys. And it is more out of service than it is in service. And it's an emergency line for my grandmother. She's 84 years old. This phone line is her lifeline and very vital. This is a constant problem, and we need help.

Happy Monday user_cffacm 👋 I have some relatives that keep a landline for that same reason, so I definitely understand how crucial it is to be running at all times, and I appreciate you coming to us for help. When you describe the landline as being out of service, are you saying that there will be times when the dial tone on the line will cease, and you can't make or receive calls?
