Losst aervice request

I've been trying to get Comcast to remove lose trip and fall hazard for two months. Even got a few responses saying they're working on it. Today's report is Your Ticket Request [Edited: Personal Information]. The cables are an eyesore and a trip and fall hazard on my patio and they are still there.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Greetings, @user_8fjrfe! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about this ongoing request. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

We want to ensure this gets taken care of as soon as possible. Can you tell me a little more about the nature of this hazard? Do you have a cable line hanging low between the utility pole and your house, is there a cable on the ground that needs to be buried, or do you have a damaged or exposed in-ground service pedestal that needs to be repaired? Any details you can provide will help us get these concerns over to the right local team.

I have sent pictures of the cable that traverses my patio and the cable box from which it extends. I have been told someone has come out and investigated. The cable is still there across my patio, although I dragged it out to the perimeter of the golf course to get it off my patio. You have my photoas and my prior complaints and a file on this. I have enough correspondence already. Thanks.
