Lost Grandfather Plan

I was recently mislead out of my grandfather cable bundle plan tying to lower my cable bill. I am fighting to get it back. Be careful.

I would also like to know why I am paying nearly 50$ in broadcast and sports fees I do not use.

I can understand why seeing those charges on your bill would be frustrating, especially if you don't feel you're using the channels associated with them. Even I, as an employee, are charged these fees too.

The Broadcast TV Fee helps cover the costs Xfinity incurs to carry local broadcast channels. Similarly, regional sports fees help offset the costs of providing sports programming. These fees are not government-mandated and can change over time.

You can learn more about common fees and charges here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/most-common-taxes-fees-surcharges-on-your-bill
