Lost home internet connection since September 27

I live in Augusta suburbs. I lost my home internet services since the attack of Hurricane Helene, September 27. I have gotten my power back on October 1st. The pole has been replaced the same day. However, as of today, October 18, I still don’t have access to home internet, which is provided by Xfinity. One thing that I love you is, although you are never able to fix the issue, but you never forgot or even postponed the day you collect fees. What makes you think you can still charge us while providing no service. Please collect the money from Helene.

How many months more you need to fix the issue? Please do not say October 24. You have changed the estimated restoration time at least 3 times already! You are still able to fix the issue? Are you still providing services in my area?
