Lost wages! Service Technician No show
I missed work to be off for appointment with a service technician. Pixelation and blurry picture with TV. Service Technician never showed up. Call was made and technician was supposed to show up later. No show again. Knoxville supervisor said he would call if he was not going to show up. Knoxville supervisor never called. Technician never called. I lost money from taking off work and problem not fixed. Terrible management. Terrible technician non service. Terrible communication. Terrible all around. Problem has been going on over a month and I finally was able to get a day off that matched with availability of appointment and nothing fixed.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
