Low Hanging Cable

I have a low hanging cable in my yard that needs to be addressed.  A tree fell on it, and I opened a ticket with Xfinity to have it addressed and no one came.  Eventually Xcel Energy removed the trees because their lines were also impacted.  However, now that the trees are gone, the stretched out Xfinity cable is low enough that the neighborhood kids are using it like a rope swing.  I’m sure that it is Xfinity’s cable because the Xcel engineer told me that it is.
