low hanging internet line

our Internet line is hanging low over our driveway work trucks in our motorcoach rub it and hit it every time they come in and out I’ve attempted to get this fixed by Xfinity for over a year now to no avail. Please advise on how we can get the line raised and fixed before I pull it down with my motorcoach.

The concern is not "accessibility / disability" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
