Low hanging service wire across my driveway

The service wire that hangs in front of my house by the road between poles running over my driveway has gotten so low again that no delivery trucks can get onto my driveway or the neighbors.

The neighbors had a delivery truck hit it again several months ago and supposedly the company that hit the wire called and also my neighbor but it has yet to be fixed.

Today here's a few pictures of individuals using an extension ladder so they could get a storage unit out of the drive away.   And another shot from down the road a moving truck parked out on the road, which has a 40 mph speed limit, because it couldn't get in the drive.
