Low hanging wire

Low hanging wire. Must duck to get under it. Need it to get fixed before someone gets hurt

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

So when it brings you to a new screen where it says to explain the situation  and gives your 3 things to choose from.. you choose it and it kicks you back to messaging the bot.. im having same issue with reporting a wire thats laying on my fence and across yard
