Low internet speeds
Hello,
I'm experiencing consistently low wifi speeds when I use my TV streaming device. I have the 500 Mpbs plan and am using the XB7 Gateway. I'm receiving upload speeds of only 1-2.5 Mpbs. My Gateway is nearby the TV. I've restarted my Gateway, TV and streaming device multiple times and it hasn't helped.
Please help me get this issue resolved. Thank you!

Hello @user_kb1a3, I will be more than happy to help you with your connection issues. To begin, I will need you to send me a Direct message with your name and address to your service location
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
