Major issues
I've been trying to get service for a year it started in July of 2024 I have created about four or five tickets to get my address serviced I have sent in a copy of my lease a copy my electric bill they have put my address down wrong every time even after having the copies of my documents. they've come to two other apartments because they kept putting my address in wrong. To give them service but now they are saying I can't get service they told me in November of 2024 it will be available in March of the 2025 and now August of 2025 I'm being told March of 2026. This is acceptable everybody around me can get internet from Xfinity but I cannot. I would like a surveyor to come out here and survey this area.
