Make an appointment

I'm struggling to make an appointment to have a technician come out and install new cable outlets. Need to move the modem from one room to another. (Swapping rooms around and don't want to leave the modem in the room with 2 little girls.) For some reason making an appointment is a big hairy deal.

link takes you to an error message when you try to login

Xfinity is more than "hairy" 

there customer service and website have to be the very worst of any provider.
