On October 7th sol or soul the manager in xfinity mobile was rude and unprofessional. When I asked to speak to his supervisor or someone that understood English he says really and ignored all my questions and concerns as why I'm being mistreated I'm a gold member with xfinity and now I do not trust any of the representatives.
