Medical assist

I have several med problems sight difficulty using hands and a short term memory problem. I need someone who can spend a few minutes  to see how I take my plan and go to internet wifi my x1 box a few yrs old I don't watch the CBS and NBC stations much I'm paying 200 bucks a month and several station say I need to subscribe. I need int wifi. And I want to go back to a new x1. I like to stream my shows. I need to pay for comcast tech to set me up correctly and help passwords for sign in. I will gladly pay comcast for this service.
