Mid Split Availability

How can I determine when mid split service will be available in my area?

The neighborhood across the street has had it for years. The infrastructure is capable of it in my neighborhood, as demonstrated by a service tech back in June. I haven't gotten any information about it though, and then plans aren't available on my account.

Being stuck at 40Mbps upload speed is just embarrassing of a network in Q4 of 2026.

Hi @XfinityJon​, thanks for the response.

This isn't particularly helpful though. It just ends up leading me back to the plan selection page, and I already know that the plan isn't an option.

I'm hoping to get an idea on the timeline of when the upgrades will be completed and the plans will be available for my account.

While we don't have a specific timeline we can share with you directly for a given location @jg629, you can sign up to stay informed on our Xfinity Network Enhancement page.  Once signed up for the notifications, you will receive messaging advising you of when your location is going to be updated.
