Military $180 gift card incentive
I’ve been trying since 5/15/25 about receiving my gift card promised. I’ve been getting the runaround ever since. I verified military status on your website on 6/3/25 and was told to check my status in 2 weeks which I did and it was verified in your system. I was told I should receive it in an email 2 weeks after I verified.
its been 6 weeks and nothing. I would like an answer because this is a terrible way to show appreciation for military members. It’s been a real aggravating experience. Complete runaround and waste of time. Please expedite what was promised. Thank you.

While we frequently update our military appreciation offers, the specific $180 gift card incentive has largely transitioned to different benefits. As of early 2026, we have moved toward a model that focuses on long-term service benefits and smaller, rolling rewards rather than a one-time high-value gift card.
