military gift card not working
I received the e-mail with the $180.00 gift card and activated it. I followed the steps to activate it and then double checked on the site to see the balance and it is a $180.00 balance. After all that I went to use it to purchase an item on Amazon and it was declined. What is going on and what can be done about this?
