Military rewards

I received an email from Xfinity saying that my military status has been confirmed in the next two weeks. Your Xfinity rewards tier eligibility will be upgraded to diamond if you’re not already a member we encourage you to sign up with a link to join rewards for free. When I try to join, I get a message saying we

can’t offer you rewards right now. Your account isn’t eligible to join this program. Please advise

@user_7yo6bl Sorry to hear the rewards sign up is giving you issues. We can certainly look into the account to see why it isn't allowing it. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started. 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
