Ming bogglingly bad customer service from Xfinity....as their cables dangle from the post outside my home and sway in the trees....

I have been trying to contact Xfinity since early October. Their 'chat bot' is useless, as it offers me choices that don't address my issue. I waste untold time trying to get to a live person. On the rare occasion I have reached an agent, it's clear they are a useless layer in the company's clear attempt to avoid having to talk to customers. They just 'open a ticket' and tell me that a technician will call me back, which then never happens. I now have 6 different tickets open for my issue, which is multiple wires dangling from the pole outside my house, swaying in the trees in my driveway. Amazing that such a condition could exist and Xfinity wouldn't have a way to respond quickly and with a LIVE PERSON. Six weeks of trying to get this taken care of....and it all could've ben done in 5 minutes with a live (and competent) person on the other end of a phone call....on the off chance anyone from Xfinity actually reads this, the tickets are:
