Misinformation, Dishonesty and Lack of Response
-your phone lines don’t work
-your chatbot is terrible and refuses to connect me with an agent or report my outage
-the outage map doesn’t work
-10 different estimates on the restoration date
-Not a single truck in my neighborhood in the past 3 weeks
-every other form of infrastructure has sent thousands of works from all over the states to help us get back on our feet but Xfinity hasn’t lifted a thumb. This is unacceptable.

user_lbv67k we never want our valued customers to feel this way, our team prides itself in both transparency and assistance. Nobody wants to be without service, especially in times of need and our technicians are indeed working to get things back up and running as soon as possible. You didn't mention in your previous post, but were you impacted by the recent storm?
