Misinformation & No Compensation

I spoke with an agent via chat on last night and I explained I needed to extend my payment arrangement at first they spoke with a supervisor and they denied it I explained what was going on and the supervisor approved the extension and I was assured my services would not be disconnected. This morning at 9am my services was suspended I called finally got someone on the line they looked at checked the detailed notes and I was on hold a long time then she came back and stated my services would be back on in two hours. Two hours came and left services still off, I call back I spoke with someone and the she was very professional then she transferred me to her supervisor (Jane) and she stated in was misinformed and all she can is documented my account but my services cannot be restored without a payment and she doesn't want to lose her job and I asked to speak to her supervisor and she stated that she was highest as it can get and it will still be the same result. That's unfair considering I was misinformed and I should be compensated in some form considering it's documented.

You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.

@user_v36pz7 - After working with you for several days and implementing a manual arrangement to keep service working until your latest payment, it seems we've discussed all billing details at length. Thanks again for giving us a chance to help!
