Missing starter kit

Hi, I was told that the starter kit was on its way and delivered yet when I checked outside of my home, there was no starter kit. I am wondering if you all could send the starter kit to me so that I can start utilizing the services

The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support @Chrishay!  We're so glad to hear from you and want to assist in any way that we can.  No worries!  We do offer a few ways to get that out to you.  We can always have the kit shipped right to you or you can have the kit picked up in a local Xfinity Store.  Whichever works, we can make it happen.
