Missing text for tech appointment

I was on the phone with someone earlier today and they said I should receive a text  That includes a tech appointment where a tech and supervisor will be coming to my home because this is the third tech appointment with an unresolved issues still. I have not received any text

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
