Mobile Account Added Without My Knowledge [Edited]

I can’t stand this. I signed up only for internet for my apartment last June. Since then they have, without my knowledge, added a mobile account and been billing me. I cancelled it once last summer and was refunded, just for it to be added right back and the billing started again. I did not notice until recently and had to talk to 10 people to just cancel it. Im sitting on hold right now, been about 30 minutes just to figure out where my refund is as it was supposed to get to me a week ago. Half the people you talk to can either barely speak any English and have no clue what you’re saying, or it’s some [Edited: "Language"] robot that just keeps trying to redirect you until it inevitably just ends the call. I’m not a Karen and have never had a problem like this with a company, I tried time and time again to give them credit and they just failed so many times. Hopefully someone with the company who gives even the slightest [Edited: "Language"] would see this and be concerned. Even while I TYPED this review, it popped up with an error and made me restart [Edited: "Language"]. Sad excuse of a service

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
