Thanks for reaching out to us, depending on when your billing date is,  that  charge could be your final charges since the mobile services bill a month behind. A great way to check your account is to jump onto our awesome Xfinity app https://www.xfinity.com/apps and go to mobile billing, there you can see your detailed billing statement and when your last bill was and what those dates of services was for.
