Hello @user_ptzgvt. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum. I know how important it is to make sure you gain access to that redemption code and take advantage of a free movie! You should be able to go back into your Xfinity rewards section to find that redemption code. It should pull up for you under the redemption history.
