Moving fee

I am moving to a new address and xfinity charging me $100 because my new home doesnt have xfinity service before.

On the other hand, previous owners of new home used to have Fios service and its ready to go. I talked with Verizon customer service and they offered my great deal without setup fee.

I want to keep my keep my xfinity service as a royal comcast customer but it does not make any sense financially if I end it up paying $100 fee for the move.

Please waive my $100 service move fee or I have to switch to Verizon Fios in my new home.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
