Moving Internet 2G Service via XB8 to new location on Thursday, August 27 but NEED CHANGE to ON SITE TECH INSTALL from self-install

Hi, I originally have scheduled it for a self install since I am quite technical and did it last time.  This time though, I am installing 4 MoCA 2.5 adapters (which I can do without a problem) but need an onsite install technician to help me identify where the incoming Xfinity connection comes into my townhouse.  After several visual inspections, I cannot find Xfinity entrance into my townhouse from the outside. I believe it probably is coming in through the attic where there would likely be a splitter to split it into the 4 coax connections in the living room and three other bedrooms.

I need to identify if the splitter is MoCA 2.5 compliant if not then I have another one that can replace it if the tech will not do it.

I also will need to attach the MoCA 2.5 PoE filter between the incoming Xfinity cable to my townhouse and the splitter (mentioned above, splitting into the coax connections in the townhouse).  Again, I have a MoCA 2.5/Xfinity compliant PoE filter if there is none attached or the tech does not have one. Also, as mentioned above, I will install the PoE filter if the tech will not do it.

I would like to know how to have my order switched to an On-Site Tech with knowledge of MoCA (hopefully) but at least the knowledge to check my coax connections and be able to identify where the Xfinity connection comes into my townhouse.

In addition, there are a couple of loose coax cables that do not appear to connect to any coax wall plates so I would like to eliminate these to clean up the connections during my install.
