Moving isn't so easy

The worst experience ever. After being a dedicated customer for over a decade, I had to cancel my service. The only way to resolve the issue was to open a business account with a 2 year contract or provided numerous documents. Moving states was difficult enough. Your representatives have an attitude of it it what it is.... But they make sure to tell you to return all the items or you'll be charged for that too. This is the worst experience ever!! After over a decade of business this is how you treat your valued clients? This is the end of our relationship. I will not be back! Thanks for being the worst part of the move. Its definitely NOT EASY with XFINITY!
