Moving Modem to Different Room

I’m looking to move my modem to a different room. We have another coax cable but it’s not active.

Good afternoon AndrewRD85. When you hooked up the modem to the other coax outlet, what color does the light on the modem display? Is it solid, or flashing?

@XfinityJon​ it was flashing. We had a technician come and activate the other cable.

- How has service been working since the equipment was moved to the new location?
