user_twpngk Hello there! Thank you for creating the post for help with your account showing the wrong number for your services. I'm sorry that this has happened on your account, I know how great it is to be able to simply access your account with the Xfinity app. If you recently moved it's possible that the app is showing the previous account number. When you signed in to the app did it have you select a service address?
You can switch between the accounts under the Account tab on the bottom bar and scroll down to switch account.

When I finally did get everything straighten out ! I signed in and the app was already set up ! With device's set as me or house I saw about 8 devices hooked up ! I made changes but every time I went back to the app my updates and all sign out and forget devices were right back again ! I quit n threw the phone at the tv breaking both good I'll destroy my stuff nobody else ! Hacks !!!!
