My Internet keeps going down
Hello,
last Weds and Thursday and now this morning my internet goes down every few minutes. I work from home and this is a major issue! I tried to get someone on the phone last week, and its impossible, every time you call you get the automated assistant wanting to restart the modem, well guess what after 5 times thats not the issue. I finally booked a service call and was called back saying that there was an outage last week. Its now happening again, and its the same story, i cant get anyone on the phone, no one can validate what the issue is and I have to miss important work meetings and spend my time chasing Comcast.
This is bad enough at this point that I am seriously considering changing to Starlink.
I need reliable consistent Internet and if you guys cannot provide it, I need to go elsewhere.

I have tried and tried to speak to someone this morning, and its impossible, the automated assistant just wants to restart my modem and when i dont there is no way to get to a real person. I cant even book a service call because cant get past the automated thing. I have called this morning 10 times now..

My internet goes down here ALL the [Edited: "Language"] time! It happens multiple times a week. It [Edited: "Language"] so much!
Xfinity never does a thing to improve it. The stupid chat box just runs you in circles. If you can get someone on the phone all they tell you is to unplug the router and plug it back in again. It's [Edited: "Language"]! Just make the service better!
