My internet service drops multiple times EVERY DAY! We have requested a technician multiple times and Xfinity cancels the appointment
Internet service drops multiple times every day. EVERY DAY! EVERY DAY! EVERY DAY! Especially in the mornings while I'm trying to work. We have reported this over and over again to Xfinity. A tech visit is scheduled. And then Xfinity cancels the appointment and tells us that the problem has been resolved. THEN the same issue to happens again the very next morning. Am I living in the Groundhog Day movie. You've got one more chance to fix this or we cancel and move on to AT&T!
