My Order Was Delivered to the wrong house twice

Question

Hello I ordered an Xfinity pro that was delivered to the wrong house. I called customer service and gave them and they issued a new one that was also sent to the same wrong house again. I have no idea what is going on.

I was able to contact the customer service line. I cancelled my 2nd order and now I will pick it up from the store. I will update soon.
