My phone

I have fully paid for my phone to be unlocked and it says they already unlocked it, how the hell m I still not able to use my phone? You keep saying I owe you, just for the [Edited: "Profanity"] month of January and how is it that y’all blocked my supposed unblocked phone I paid for? I am no longer in your country [Edited: "Profanity"] unlock my phone for me I don’t even care my choice of words cos y’all are so [Edited: "Profanity"] annoying right now.

Hello @user_ztpuit Typically these are the requirements to get a phone unlocked. If you meet all these requirements the phone is unlocked automatically. 

Here are other unlock rules:

  • Your phone must be activated for at least 60 days.
  • The phone must be paid in full.
  • Your Xfinity Mobile account cannot have a past-due balance.
  • Your phone cannot be reported lost, stolen, or involved in fraudulent activity

If you believe you meet all these requirements then we can look into the account to see what is going on.
