My service

I was told last week I could move my service to my new address. And today I tried to activate it and was told by technical support that it was not available there

user_vi7tcv I would be happy to assist you with getting your services transferred to your new address. Can you send me a direct message with your full name and the complete service address for both your previous residence and your new location? 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
