My wi-fi doesn’t work anymore

I spoke on the phone with a live representative and promised the next day she would have someone available to fix the issue.

Nobody showed up, and now I can’t get a representative on the phone!

user_k0aypx Hey there. Have you checked your Xfinity App to see if there is an appointment in there? When scheduling an appointment, you will see in your app, if there is one, and what time it is for.
