My Xfinity app only shows me the overview and account tabs.

I have tried everything but nothing seems to work. I can't even see the devices connected to the wifi. Can you help me?

Hello user_uye363 thanks so much for bringing this issue to our attention! Have we tried uninstalling/reinstalling the Xfinity App, and when going through the App tabs, are you given any error messages?

@XfinityAlfonso​ I have uninstalled and reinstalled then I signed in and out then in again and nothing. And I don't have any errors that I know of.

@user_uye363 What device are you currently using to access that? Can you try a different one to see if the same issue comes up?

@XfinityShawn I'm on an android and I've tried it on another phone and it shows the same stuff. I just want to see the devices connected to my wifi.

user_uye363 We can further helo on our end as I do appreciate you trying/troubleshooting on your own. We can help you further through DM. To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message. 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
