NEED A LIVE AGENT

Please help. I have gone through the troubleshooting assistant to find, troubleshoot, and/or re-activate my xFi pods but the system does not recognize their serial numbers. I need to speak to a live agent to understand how to resolve this issue as every attempt to call, navigate through the phone tree, chat bot does not give me the support that I need

anthonyB_PDX We appreciate you reaching out to us over our Community Forums. We would be more than happy to help get you pointed in the right direction. So the Community can have an understanding of your concerns, did you recently swap out the Xfinity Gateway, or add another 3rd party router?

anthonyB_PDX Thanks for the additional information! It sounds like the Xfinity xFi Pods were not moved over to the new Xfinity Gateway, and could still be linked with your previous Xfinity Gateway. We will need to open a ticket to our equipment team to have those moved for you. Please send us a direct message. 
 
To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

hands down the worst customer service on the planet. when i first signed with xfinity I could talk to a live person and solve my problem in a matter of minutes. I have now been chasing this for more than 3 hours. 3 hours of my life I cannot get back. [Edited: "Language"] rdiculous. I cannot wait to dump you guys

the circles and hoops to jump through and all the time wasted... for what? for no resolution to my problem and no live agent to help get it resolved. insanity
