Need access to direct messaging ability with Xfinity

This is my first post so that I can get access to direct messaging.  The line into my home is down due to Hurricane Helene and I've been unable to reach XFINITY to request a service call.  

No TV service for two weeks.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@user_wtru8u Be advised that sending an unrequested direct message to the support team is a violation of their forum guidelines.
