Need an internet plan

I don't want to leave Xfinity but every time I call all they can offer me is the same price at $65 a month and cut the speed in half..I have been with Xfinity since the were Verto Cable! 40 years! I also have been with mobil since they provided it! They are telling me they can't offer me anything..I moved last October and was never informed about Xfinity Now or anything that could save money and I asked! I'm disabled and on a fixed income.. they shut my phone off and turned it back on three times. They changed my phone number without my authorization once. Thank God I caught it. It took me 2 months to get my phone working. I think I talked to about 150 customer service representatives and finally had to go to corporate. I was treated with disrespect lied to and my phone still isn't right I don't receive voicemail notifications. And this is how I'm treated after being a loyal customer for 40 years!

Laynak1964 Thanks for reaching out to us here on Forums for assistance with your billing and phone concern. 40 years is an Amazing amount of time to be with us, and we would be happy to help with both concerns. You are in good hands with us here, and we are happy to help in any way we can.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" If necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
