Need cable Lines marked

Good evening! 

I am having major concerns with contacting someone who understands that I just need cable

lines marked!

@user_n251xn  Thanks for reaching out about cable lines being marked. Is the local 811 (call before you dig) not able to locate them, or do they say thats an item they don't mark?

@XfinityEricB​ We did contact our local 811, and when we received the call from Xfinity (since 811 contacts you) Xfinity wanted to put in new lines. We don’t need new lines, as we just need our current lines marked. I’ve repeated the process several times, all with the same conclusion. This is very frustrating!
