Need help setting up tech appointment

Hi. After my router was unplugged for carpet cleaning, now I can no longer connect to the internet, I have checked and rechecked all the cables, have done all the trouble shooting I can, checked for possible outages in the area just in case. I even tried to reset and then reactivate my router with no luck. My router continues blinking white and that's as far as I can get. After all the trouble shooting failed, it was suggested in the xfinity app to set up a tech appointment, but I keep getting an error when it asks me to confirm the phone number on file is correct (it is), and I'm unable to proceed any further. I've "tried again" multiple times. Any assistance would be so appreciated!

user_7bfk55. Hi there! I'm sorry you're having trouble getting back online. It sounds like you've already completed all the standard troubleshooting steps, and I know it's frustrating to hit an error when trying to schedule a technician. Please send us a Direct Message with your full name and service address. I'd be happy to review the modem status, investigate the blinking white light, and look into the appointment scheduling error for you.
