Need help talking with a person.

No matter what I do, whether call or Xfinity assistant I can’t get through to a real person. Need to talk to someone about my account and Xfinity is not letting me.

Billing issues lead to a suspend and one live agent said I would be reconnected and still haven’t. Now that it’s been about 24 hours I can’t get ahold of a person.

Gotcha, we are happy to look at the account to make sure everything reflects correct. Can you send me your full name and address over DM to get started? To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it

what kind of programs do you have for disabled people with internet. the bill keeps getting higher out of reach to keep up..can you help
