Need help with packages

I tried to add the "More Sports and Entertainment" package for redzone as well as the Peacock, Netflix, HBO Max streaming service bundle. I see my Peacock, Netflix, and HBO Max streaming services set up but I do not see the More Sports and Entertainment package. Can I speak to a human about this?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello @user_t3crhd, and thank you for posting on our Xfinity Community Forum. We understand how frustrating it is to see your Peacock, Netflix, and HBO Max services active but not the More Sports & Entertainment package.

Are you still unable to see the More Sports & Entertainment package on your account? If a channel package is missing, it may not have been fully added to the subscription or may need to be selected again. You can review your services and confirm it was included with your order.

This article may help: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-channel-not-included-error.

Let us know what you're seeing, and we'll be happy to help further!

@XfinityMelinda I tried to add the More Sports and Entertainment Package but it brought me to a page that says "Sorry about that! We had a problem with our site." and a button that says "Try Again".

When I attempt this again, it directs me to the same screen. Can you add this on your end?

user_t3crhd We can certainly help with getting the More Sports added to your account.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

Press Enter to send it.
