Need to Cancel Service from Out of the Country – Moving Abroad to Indonesia

Hello,

I am the Primary account holder and need to cancel my Xfinity internet service. My equipment has already been returned. I am now permanently relocating to Indonesia and will not be maintaining a U.S. residence, so I need the account closed fully. I cannot make the phone call with my US phone number in the profile from out of the country.


Could a support agent please assist me with completing the cancellation and provide a confirmation number or email once the account is closed?

user_sp379w We can help you with this process. Please send us your full name and complete address via our DM. 

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
