Need to cancel Xfinity Internet service — currently outside the U.S.

I need to cancel my Xfinity Internet service effective immediately.

I have permanently left the United States and I am currently outside the U.S., so I am unable to call the Xfinity cancellation number or visit an Xfinity store.

I would like an Xfinity representative to help me cancel the service and contact me through the forum's private messaging system if possible.

I can provide my full name and service address privately for account verification.

Thank you.

Our team is available 7 days a week between 6am - 1am ET for employee support, please create a new post if you need help with anything new. Have a wonderful rest of your day.
