Need to contact a live agent
I somehow ended up with 2 mobile lines that I do not need or want when I tried to have my internet/tv bill lowered. I called 1-800-934-6489 5 minutes after I received the email confirming the phones, and they told me to call back for instructions on how to return the phones once I received them and then I could also request a refund. Now when I call I can't get through to an agent. Please help with getting me to an agent, I just want to return these phones that I do not want.

To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
