Need to downgrade services (remove TV) and price match internet to cheaper options from AT&T

I am paying way too much for services I don't use. Been a customer for a long time, but it is time to cut my payments.

I am looking to get rid of TV. I also wanted to see if any deals exist for internet as I have other competitive options for home internet (ATT Internet Air, TMobile, etc.) and am tired of spending so much money.

Can someone help me directly with this rather than dealing with the call center?

Short version of this: Looking to cancel all services but would keep internet if a new long term deal can be applied that is competitive with other options that exist for me.
