Need to make a tech appt

For the last two days when I go to turn on my cable TV, it tells me it is having trouble connecting to the platform. I use the AI tech assistant, and it has fixed it both days but both days it has taken over an hour to fix the problem. And then it happens again the next day. I am assuming there is an issue with my box as it is very old. And I need to make a tech appointment except the AI helper will not let me make one

user_x53nlx Hello and thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear you've been dealing with this for the past few days. I can certainly understand how frustrating it would be to spend so much time troubleshooting, and not issue resolved. I would be happy to take a closer look at what's going on and see whether the issue is related to the TV box, the signal, or something else on the account. To protect your privacy, could you please send us a Direct Message with your full name and service address?

Once we receive that information, I can review the account, help troubleshoot further, and determine the best next steps. I look forward to assisting you. 😊
